Wednesday Night Family Meals
If you plan to participate in our family meals on Wednesday nights, you must pay or sign-up in advance. Please help us with the following:
- Envelopes will be made available each Sunday either in the attendance notebooks coming around or outside the church office
- Fill out the envelope indicating how many in your family will attend, the dates you plan to attend (you can pay for up to a month in advance) and indicate any food allergies.
- Cost will be $4 per adult (12 and over) and $2 per child (ages 3 – 11), those 2 and under eat free. Sorry about the confusion, adults will not be allowed to purchase a $3 meal.
- Place completed envelopes and payment in the collection baskets or drop off box by main office.
- If unable to attend on Sunday, please call the church office by noon at the latest on Monday to let us know you are coming.
- Those who do not pay or call in advance will pay an additional dollar per meal and will be asked to wait until 5:30 so that we are certain there is enough food for those who made reservations.
- Food service will begin at 5:00 and end by 5:45 to allow time for class to begin at 6:00.
- Families are welcome to bring a sack dinner or pick-up and join the fellowship at no cost.
